My favorite bus trip I went on about 5 years ago, Washington D.C. The thing that I enjoyed the most was seeing all the different monuments. I saw the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, The Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers, The White House. I even went and toured Mount Vernon, George Washington’s home. I saw the resting place of George and Martha. You can learn a lot from a history book but going in person to these places you learn so much more. A guided tour is the best option when visiting a city you are unfamiliar with.
